 Just saying hello. I was glad to have found this site the other day .I have been a DIY nut for years , worked at several music shops in Vancouver BC over the years as a guitar tech and later as a pedal and amp repair guy,I have built guitars ,tube amps and pedals in kit form(BYOC & GGG) and from scratch with VERY limited technical knowledge ,just patience and grim determination :DI hope to learn lots more and will offer up any pertinent advice if I can.

The sound comes from the player, not the equipment. You can get a wonderfully heavy guitar tone with a Telecaster and a Twin Reverb...
